Introduction to me and this new

(and fabulous) blog

So, I guess we’ll go straight in! This isn’t going to be a serious serious blog. Think of it more as insight into my mind! That’s terrifying when I think about it but hopefully it will be a bit of fun for you! I’m Emily and to be honest I’m a 21 year old having an identity crisis about how I don’t have any hobbies other than learning languages (which is my degree) and travelling (which is super basic in the year 2025). So here we are writing a silly little blog post to accompany my silly little TikToks and my silly little YouTube videos- that no one is going to see- (well I say that but a few TikToks have gone viral and let me tell you THE ANXIETY!!!) So, some would say I like social media, I would say I like the diary/ time capsule aspect rather than the thing itself also I am hilarious and beautiful 🙂 

Back to my introduction: as I said I’m Emily, I’m 21 and currently studying languages (Spanish, French and Mandarin) and I’ve lived in 3 continents since September 2025. Let’s say it’s been character building because now prepare for a direct quote from my mum…. “what has happened to my daughter who doesn’t like heights or creepy crawlies or snakes ” (WhatsApp, 2025). This blog is essentially going to be a diary style structure but without ALL of the details of my life because I wish I didn’t know some of those so people on the internet DO NOT need to know! I personally think I am one of the least creative people on this planet so don’t hold your breath for anything outstanding here. What I can promise will be chill vibes, a bit of travel, language learning and uni advice. Whether or not I’m actually qualified to give advice on any of these things remains to be seen so enjoy the ride I guess. (If anyone even reads this)
